Digital tools for e-coaching

There are different digital tools that support e-coaching. To make a choice between these tools, you can use the following 3 criteria:

  • do you want to give oral or written feedback?

  • do you want to use a synchronous or asynchronous system?

  • do you want to give feedback to a group or to an individual?
